Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Tech Vaseegrah, we aim to provide exceptional Industrial Visits and Weekly Event experiences. Because these events involve scheduling with industry partners and securing fixed dates, our refund policy reflects the commitments we make to our partners.

1. Cancellations

Cancellations on booked dates disrupt our scheduling and potentially prevent other institutions from booking. Our rules are:

  • Greater than 7 days before visit: Full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
  • 3 to 7 days before visit: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • Less than 72 hours before visit: No refund will be issued.

2. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed back via the original payment method (Razorpay).
  • Expect the refund to take 5–7 working days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing cycles.
  • Refund requests must be initiated via email to techvaseegrah@gmail.com.

3. Visit Rescheduling

We allow one complimentary rescheduling for Industrial Visits if requested at least 7 days in advance, subject to the availability of the new preferred date.

4. Cancellations by Tech Vaseegrah

In rare cases (technical issues or partner unavailability), Tech Vaseegrah may cancel a visit. In such scenarios, a 100% full refund will be issued immediately.
